SmartInboxCleanup is a service by buildwithjuliet. I build AI agents that automate administrative work.

This Privacy Policy explains:
When you authorize SmartInboxCleanup, you grant access to your Gmail account with permission to modify your mailbox. This permission is required so I can perform actions like archiving or moving emails to trash based on your instructions.
SmartInboxCleanup is designed to do only the following:
Important note about trash: Emails moved to trash are not permanently deleted immediately. Gmail keeps trashed emails for 30 days before permanently removing them. This means if the agent made a mistake or you changed your mind, you have 30 days to go into your Gmail Trash, find the email, and move it back to your inbox.
To keep this simple and explicit:
I store your name, email address, and the Gmail access token generated when you authorize the cleanup, to:
The access token never includes your Gmail password or login credentials. It automatically stops working after 7 days, whether or not it's been manually removed, so it cannot be used beyond that window under any circumstance. I also delete your name, email, and any remaining token record from my system within that same 7-day period, once your cleanup is confirmed complete.
I do not share this information with anyone. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Access is only needed while your cleanup is running. Once your cleanup is complete, I do not retain ongoing access beyond what is required to provide the service.
If you fill a request form, I may collect:
I use this only to:
I do not sell or rent this information.
You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings:
Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → Find SmartInboxCleanup → Remove access
(Exact menu wording can vary slightly depending on Google updates.)
